  • Come with hair washed, blow-dried, and without heavy oils or leave-in conditioner (or +$10 if a blow-dry is needed).
  • More than 10 minutes late: $10 late fee; 15+ minutes may mean cancellation.
  • Braiding hair and tracks are client-supplied unless arranged otherwise.
  • Extra guests are fine — please give notice in advance.
